Motoring TV 2016 Crossover and Luxury Crossover of the Year

Of all the categories in the 2016 edition of Motoring TV's Car of the Year awards, crossovers and luxury crossovers are experiencing enormous sales growth.
With so many new and redesigned entries for 2016, it was tough to choose just three finalists for each category, let alone just one winner each.
After much debate we did just that, though, with the BMW X1, Kia Sorento and Land Rover Discovery Sport earning nominations in the Crossover of the Year category, and the Mercedes-Benz GLS-Class, Porsche Cayenne S E-Hybrid and Volvo XC90 each getting the nod as Luxury Crossover of the Year finalists.
