Certain vehicles fail to comply with CMVSS 108 - Lighting System and Retroreflective Devices. The Daytime Running Lamps (DRL) are combined with the turn signal lamps in a way that, when the turn signal is switched ON, both DRL lamps are extinguished. This manner of operation is contrary to the requirements of the Standard. Correction: Dealers will install updated software. Additional information may be available on Transport Canada's website |
