Pagani now Officially Sold Here

It is now official: Italian manufacturer Pagani is now recognized as a certified automaker in North America.

Previously all Paganis that came here were either pre-production models or cars made for the European market that found their way here via some bureaucratic backdoor.

Pagani’s sole model, the Huayra, had trouble getting approved by the NHTSA because it was missing a couple of pieces of safety equipment, like airbags for example. It would seem that Horatio Pagani and his team found a way around those problems.

About 40% of Huayra production this year was destined for the North American market, confirming that we were more than ready to see the car on our shores.

And honestly, with its perfect looks, its carbon fiber body, its active aerodynamics flaps, its 730-HP V12 and its outlandish performance, it is no surprise that European journalists are in love with it.

Now we can’t wait to try it out ourselves!
